Account and safety guide
Account safety on Ramified starts with secure sessions and rate-limited sign-in, and you can add two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app or a passkey in a couple of minutes.
Account safety: signing in
Turn on two-factor sign-in
In Settings, add an authenticator app or a passkey (Face ID, fingerprint or your screen lock).
Signed-in devices and QR login
See every device that's signed in, sign any of them out, and sign in on a new device by scanning a QR code.
Forgotten password
We email a single-use reset link that works for 20 minutes.
Staying safe with other members
Block a member
Block anyone from their profile, and manage your list in Settings › Blocked members.
Report content or a member
Use Report content or a user in Settings to tell us about a post, listing or member.
Your data and privacy
Download your data
Settings › Download my data gives you a ZIP file of your account data, in line with your rights under the UK GDPR (ICO: UK GDPR guidance).
Usage statistics
Usage statistics aren't linked to your account, and you can switch them off in Settings › Account.
Inactive accounts
Accounts with no sign-in for 2 years are deleted after a warning email 30 days before. Paying members are not affected.
Close your account
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. The privacy notice explains what we keep and for how long.

Report a bug
Open the menu and choose Report a bug.
Suggest a feature
Open the menu and choose Suggest a feature. You'll get a notification if it's planned or ships.

Questions
How long does a password reset link last?
20 minutes, and it works once.
Can I use a passkey on Ramified?
Yes. Add one in Settings to sign in with Face ID, your fingerprint or your screen lock.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Use Download my data in Settings.
