How Ramified works
Ramified is a free-to-join UK app where car, bike and van owners keep their vehicle's full history, run their clubs and find meets, all in one place instead of scattered across group chats, receipts and camera rolls.
This guide explains how Ramified works: what it is, who it's for, how to get started, what it costs and where to find help with each part of the app.
What is Ramified?
Ramified is a mobile-first community app for everyone on wheels. Each member gets a garage for their vehicles, a dated docket for each one, a profile, and access to clubs, events, messages and a marketplace. It runs in the browser on iPhone, Android and desktop, so there's nothing to download.
It's built in the UK by Daniel, Founder of Delapsus Resurgam Studios and Ramified, and run by Delapsus Resurgam Studios Ltd, company number 17519288 (Companies House: Delapsus Resurgam Studios Ltd).
Who is Ramified for?
Enthusiasts and modifiers
Keep every mod, receipt and setup change against the vehicle, and show the build on your profile.
Track-day drivers
Ramified Pro adds a track diary with lap times, tyre sets, tyre readings and setup logs.
Club owners and organisers
Move the club off the group chat: members, invite links, events with RSVPs and check-ins, and a members-only feed.
Everyday drivers
Keep the service and MOT history in one place, so it's there when the MOT is due or when you sell.
Buyers and sellers
List vehicles and parts with the documented history behind them, and message sellers directly.
How does Ramified work?
Getting started costs nothing. Six steps get you set up.
Open Ramified and sign up
Go to ramified.app on your phone and create an account with your email or Google. It's free.
Add your vehicle
Open Garage, tap add vehicle and enter the make, model, year and a photo. Free accounts hold up to 2 vehicles.
Log its history
Open the vehicle's docket and add services, MOTs, repairs and mods with the date, mileage, cost and photos.
Join a club or find a meet
Browse Clubs, or open Events to see meets, shows, cruises and track days on a list or map, then RSVP.
Check in on the day
At the meet, open Passport and scan the event QR code to collect a stamp, XP and seasonal badges.
Add Ramified to your home screen
In your phone's browser menu choose Add to Home Screen, and Ramified opens like an app.
Ramified by the numbers
Live counts from the Ramified database, updated hourly. Last checked 16 October 2026.
Ramified is new and growing. The numbers above come straight from the database and include every account, staff accounts too, because the team uses the app as well as running it.

Why keep your vehicle's history on Ramified?
The paperwork matters when you sell
Auto Trader reports that vehicles with a full, documented service history often sell for 10% to 15% more than similar vehicles without records (Auto Trader: service history when selling a car). Ramified keeps that history dated and in one place, and the Provenance Dossier turns it into a PDF a buyer can check.
MOT dates are easy to lose track of
In Great Britain a vehicle needs its first MOT by the third anniversary of its registration and then every year, and driving without a valid MOT can bring a fine of up to £1,000 (GOV.UK: Getting an MOT). Logging each MOT in the docket keeps the date and the result with the vehicle.
How is Ramified different from group chats and spreadsheets?
| Task | Group chats, notes and spreadsheets | Ramified |
|---|---|---|
| Service and mod history | Spread across receipts, photos and notes | One dated docket per vehicle, with mileage, cost and photos |
| Club events | Lost in the chat scroll | Events with RSVPs, a map and QR check-ins |
| Selling a vehicle | Buyer has to take your word for it | Listing backed by the vehicle's records, plus an optional dossier |
| Track days | Lap times in one app, tyre notes in another | Sessions, tyres and setup together (Pro) |
Built with car clubs
Ramified has been shaped by conversations with several local car clubs. One of the first clubs to help shape Ramified, the Southeast Misfits, has influenced what the app does and how it works, so that it meets the needs of a real club.
Every member can ask for something new from Menu › Suggest a feature. Each idea is read, and you get a notification if it's planned or ships. We build what members ask for wherever we can.
What's next for Ramified?
Planned features include importing your official MOT history from the DVSA (GOV.UK: Check the MOT history of a vehicle), buying mods in the app so they log themselves into the docket, and event tickets. We also plan to approach the Performance Automotive Aftermarket Association (PAAA), the UK trade body for the performance tuning industry, and suppliers directly, so a future parts store can stock products from quality-assured brands. The PAAA's SMART campaign stands for Safe Modification And Responsible Tuning (PAAA SMART campaign). The parts store is not open yet.
