Car clubs, events and passport guide

On Ramified a car club gets a proper home: members, invite links, events with RSVPs and check-ins, and a members-only feed. Events from every club show on one list and map, and your passport collects a stamp at each meet you attend.

Joining and running a car club

Join a club

Browse Clubs or search by name, then join or apply. Members never pay to join a club.

Start your own

Create a club with a logo, banner, description and rules, then share an invite link with your members.

Club events

Any club can create 1 event a month for free. With Club Organiser (£4.99 a month or £45 a year) there's no limit, and you get member moderation: application reviews, member notes and roles.

Club boosts

A boost raises a club's profile in the app for £20 a year. Annual Pro and annual Club Organiser plans include one you can move between clubs.

RSVP and calendar

Ramified passport stamps — Passport stamps from meets you've checked in to.

Check in at a meet

Open Passport and scan the event's QR code. You collect a stamp and XP, and work towards seasonal and club badges.

Postcard shelf

Your postcard shelf collects vintage-style postcards from the meets you go to.

Questions

Is it free to run a car club on Ramified?

Yes. Creating and joining clubs is free, with 1 club event a month. Club Organiser adds unlimited events and moderation tools for £4.99 a month.

Is it only for car clubs?

No. Bike, van and classic clubs work the same way.

Are events free to list?

Yes. Featured placement is an optional paid extra, and we agree the price with you before anything is charged.

How does check-in work?

The organiser shows the event's QR code at the meet, and members scan it from Passport to collect their stamp.
