Terms of use
Last updated October 2026
These terms are a legal agreement between you and Delapsus Resurgam Studios Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using this app you accept them. This is a pre-launch build — features change frequently and some are placeholders.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and older where local law sets a higher digital age of consent (for example 16 in parts of the EEA). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for anything done through your account. Please use one account per person and give accurate information at sign-up.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (vehicles, photos, posts, comments, reviews, Docket entries, Postcards, messages, avatar). By posting content in the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, distribute and moderate that content solely for the purpose of running the app for you and other users. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
Community rules
No harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal content, unsolicited commercial content or spam. Do not impersonate other people. Do not try to compromise other users’ accounts or the platform itself. Do not use the app to promote unsafe or illegal driving. Club owners may set additional rules for their clubs.
Reporting content
If you see content or behaviour that breaks these rules or the law, please report it — see the “Report content or a user” notice in Settings for the process and timescales. For copyright or trademark infringement, see our Copyright policy (DMCA) at /menu/legal/dmca.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post content that we remove for copyright, trademark, harassment or other rule breaches will be suspended and, on a further breach, permanently terminated. See the Copyright policy for the specific copyright process.
Marketplace listings
If you list a vehicle for sale, the listing information must be accurate, and any transaction happens directly between buyer and seller. We are not a party to marketplace transactions, we do not verify vehicle titles, and — unless a listing has been explicitly verified by us — we do not vouch for the accuracy of the information a seller provides. Meet safely.
Promoted listings
You can promote a public listing for a one-off payment of £5. Standard listings are shown to buyers in your own country, and to buyers in other countries only if they choose to include overseas listings in their search. A promoted listing is shown at the top of marketplace search and in the showroom, and appears automatically for buyers in other countries. Import guidance is free for every buyer on any listing they can see. It stays promoted until the vehicle is sold or you remove the listing; it does not renew and is not a subscription. Each account can promote 1 listing per calendar month; Power-Seller members can promote up to 3 a month, and one of those is included in their plan at no extra cost. Unused included promotions do not carry over. Promotion caps remain in place so the marketplace stays balanced and is not crowded with paid placements where a standard listing does the job. Removing a promoted listing does not return that month’s allowance. A promoted listing is digital content supplied immediately and is non-refundable once applied (see the Refund and cancellation notice). If the vehicle is no longer listed by the time payment is confirmed, the promotion could not be supplied, so contact us and we will refund it.
Shop and physical goods
The in-app shop is a work in progress. Placing an “order” in the current build creates a pending record only — no payment is taken and no goods are dispatched. When the shop goes live, prices and shipping costs will be shown in full before payment, and your statutory consumer rights (including the right to cancel unwanted items within 14 days under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations) will apply. See the Refund and cancellation notice for details. We sell Ramified merch, made to order. Merch is currently in a closed preview: preview orders take no payment and prices shown are placeholders. Chest text must be your own name or a pseudonym and must not be offensive, impersonate someone or infringe anyone’s rights; vehicle photos you choose must be your own or ones you have the right to use. We may decline or cancel an order that breaks these rules. The seller is Delapsus Resurgam Studios Ltd (company number 17519288), registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom, contact support@ramified.app. Delivery times and costs are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
Photo spots and photographer listings
Any signed-in member can pin a photo spot for others to see. A photographer listing costs £2 a month and is a subscription (see ‘Automatic renewal and cancelling’). While it is active you appear in the photographer directory, where members can find you by name, area and service and message you. Bookings, prices, payment and delivery of photos are arranged directly between you and the other member. Ramified is not a party to that arrangement and does not take or hold payment for it. Only pin places that are open to the public or where you have the landowner’s permission, and never pin somewhere that is unsafe to stop or shoot, such as a motorway, hard shoulder, live track or railway. Follow local rules and the Highway Code when you visit a spot. We may move, hide or remove any pin or listing that breaks these rules or that we are told is unsafe or unlawful. If you offer photography as a business, you are a trader and must give the members you deal with your name, address and contact details and the main terms of your service before they agree to book, and their consumer rights against you apply. Any dispute about a booking, price, payment or photos is between you and the other member; we can remove a listing or account that is used to mislead or defraud members, and you can report one at Settings › Account › Report content or a user.
Memberships
We offer three optional paid memberships. Each includes everything in the one before it. Pro: £3.99 a month or £35 a year — unlimited vehicles and projects, track day logbooks, tyre wear analytics, advanced performance dashboards, total cost of ownership tools, Provenance Dossiers at the member price of £9.99 instead of £14.99, and (when launched) agreed-value insurance export reports. Club Organiser: £4.99 a month or £45 a year — everything in Pro, plus unlimited events, member moderation tools and (when launched) custom event badge artwork. Power-Seller: £15 a month, monthly only — everything in Club Organiser, plus up to three promoted listings a month (one included free each month) and (when launched) search priority and branded exportable summaries. Annual Pro and annual Club Organiser memberships include one club boost for as long as the membership is active. Without a membership, a free account can keep up to 2 vehicles in its garage (more with a one-off Fleet or Collector Pack), and each club can create 1 new event a month; track day logbooks, tyre wear analytics, performance dashboards and cost of ownership tools need Pro or above. If a membership ends, nothing is deleted: vehicles, events, logbooks, tyre records, running costs, fuel logs, MOT results and performance runs you already have stay viewable and exportable, but you cannot add more until you are back within the free limits or rejoin. Features marked “Coming soon” in the shop are not yet available; they are not part of what you pay for until they launch. The current list of features, and which are available now, is always shown in Shop → Pro & boosts before you buy. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to these prices.
Provenance Dossier
A Provenance Dossier is a branded PDF of a vehicle’s documented history, with a public web page, link and QR code you can share, that you buy from the vehicle’s garage page. Each dossier costs £14.99, or £9.99 if you have any paid membership (Pro, Club Organiser or Power-Seller) when you buy it. The dossier and its link are hosted for 6 months from the date you buy it. If you buy again for the same vehicle, we rebuild it with your latest records on the same link, the earlier version is replaced and a new 6 months starts from that purchase. The link ends early, and the dossier is deleted, if the vehicle passes to another member through Ramified, if you mark it sold or scrapped, or if you delete the vehicle or your account. It is paused while the vehicle is archived in your garage, and you can switch the link off and on at any time; the 6 months keep running while it is paused or switched off. You can download the PDF while it is hosted, so keep your own copy. A dossier is digital content supplied as soon as payment is confirmed. Before paying you tick a box, never pre-ticked, to ask us to supply it straight away and to confirm you understand that you then lose your 14-day right to cancel (see the Refund and cancellation notice). For the same reason a dossier is not refunded, in full or in part, if its link ends early for any of the reasons above. The dossier shows only what has been recorded on Ramified for that vehicle. Apart from MOT results you import from the DVSA, we do not check it with the DVLA, the DVSA or anyone else, and it is not a valuation or a vehicle history check. Anyone with the link can see the dossier, so share it only where you are happy for it to be seen. You choose what goes in it, including whether the registration is shown, and you are responsible for what you share, including anything visible in your photos. A copy of your raw data stays free to download at any time from Settings → Download my data.
Club boosts
A club boost costs £20 a year. You can apply a boost to any club you are a member of, and move it to another club at any time. Club features unlock in stages (2, 4 and 6 boosts), and club owners and admins can spend boosts on extras such as club tags. If the number of boosts on a club falls below what a stage or extra needs, those features pause until enough boosts are applied again; settings are kept. A boost included with an annual membership ends when that membership ends. Power-Seller members, who can only pay monthly, can instead add one club boost for £5 a year; it renews only while they remain a Power-Seller. Boosts stay linked to your account and have no cash value.
Automatic renewal and cancelling
Every membership and boost is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown when you bought it, until you turn auto-renew off or cancel. Before you pay you tick two boxes, neither pre-ticked: one to confirm it renews automatically, and one to ask us to start it straight away. A membership or boost is digital content supplied as soon as you pay, so asking for it to start straight away means you lose your 14-day right to cancel (see the Refund and cancellation notice). While auto-renew is on, we email you a reminder 30 days and 7 days before each yearly renewal and 7 days before each monthly renewal, with the date, the amount and how to cancel. You can turn auto-renew off or cancel at any time, in one step, in Settings → Subscription (or Shop → Pro & boosts). Turning auto-renew off stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. From 1 January 2027, after each yearly renewal you have 14 days to cancel and get a refund of the unused part of the year. Paid plans and items are currently only available with a UK billing address. Paid memberships and boosts are taken through Stripe and we email a confirmation to your registered address each time you buy. If you switch plan while a paid membership is active, the new plan starts straight away and your card is charged (or credited) the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. If you delete your account, every membership and boost on it is cancelled straight away and access ends at once. No refund is given for the unused part of the period, except that from 1 January 2027 a yearly plan or boost cancelled this way within 14 days of renewing is refunded for the unused part automatically. This does not affect your statutory rights (see the Refund and cancellation notice).
Virtual items
Theme packs, profile customisation items, garage packs (Fleet and Collector), club boosts and other in-app items give you the right to use them inside Ramified on your account. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or sold. Prices and what each item includes are shown before you buy. Items stay on your account until you delete it, and the rules for refunds are in the Refund and cancellation notice. If we stop offering an item you have bought, we will tell you in advance and, where you have not had reasonable use of it, give you a refund. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
Availability and changes
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during this pre-launch phase. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, or take down the app entirely. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the community rules. A ban signs the account out on every device and blocks its email addresses from signing in, signing up or being added to another account. While it is in force the profile and marketplace listings are hidden, and any membership, boost or photographer listing is set to end at the close of its current period and is not renewed. There is no refund for the rest of that period. You can close your own account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Closing it cancels any membership or boost straight away, with no refund for the unused part of the period, except within 14 days of a yearly renewal from 1 January 2027 (see ‘Automatic renewal and cancelling’). If you own a club when your account closes, ownership passes to the member who has been in the club longest. A club with no other members closes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or interactions between users (including anything that happens as a result of a marketplace listing or a real-world meet organised through the app).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
